• Discord Identifiers: User ID, Guild ID, Channel ID, Message ID, Role ID, Status
• Profile Data: Username, Discriminator, Avatar (used for UX only)
• Message content: Temporarily stored for the +snipe feature (max 48h, optional)
• Guild Settings: Prefixes, vanity settings, logging preferences
• Command Usage: Usage statistics, command logs, and errors (for improvement)

3. How We Use Data

• To operate and provide Nyroz Bot features
• To offer moderation, vanity role assignment, and event tracking
• To prevent abuse (e.g., anti-raid protection)
• To improve the service based on feature usage

4. Opt-Out & Control

• Use +snipetoggle to opt out of message storage for the snipe feature
• Request data access or deletion via our support server

5. Security

• Data is securely stored on servers with restricted access
• Protected by strong authentication, firewalls, and monitoring
• Only accessible by trusted developers

6. Hosting & Location

All data is hosted within the European Union. No data is shared or transferred outside this region.

7. Data Retention

• Messages: Automatically deleted after 48h (if enabled)
• Settings and configs: Stored until the user/server removes the bot or requests deletion

• We never sell or share user data
• We may use anonymized data for analytics or service improvement
